Shipping Methods

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping fees depend on the destination and local customs policies. Please note that international deliveries may experience delays due to customs procedures, and customs duties may apply depending on the destination and carrier. Missing or Damaged Items

If your package arrives with missing or damaged items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, include your order number, photos of the outer packaging (if damaged), a photo of the packing slip (for missing item claims), and a description of the issue. Claims made after 7 days may not qualify for resolution.

Note on Packaging Damage

We take care in how we package every order. However, if the external packaging is damaged during shipping but the product itself is fully functional, this will not be considered grounds for a refund or replacement. For any questions, our support team is available at kelisociale@gmail.com

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows the package was “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please file a claim with the carrier directly. To proceed with an internal investigation, we’ll need proof of loss or a claim confirmation from the carrier. Claims for marked-as-delivered packages cannot be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.

Order Modification

Need to make a change to your order? Whether it’s the shipping address, product, or quantity, we’re happy to help — as long as your request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be in progress and changes will no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? We can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order begins processing, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Reach out to us as soon as possible at kelisociale@gmail.com for support.
